Can I order Afreda S6 even though I do not live in US or EU?
We deliver Afreda S6 to most of the countries and regions in the world (for details, please refer to the selectable places in the perk), but some areas may apply extra shipping costs. We deliver Afreda to the area whereas local laws permit us to import it.
How much weight can Afreda S6 handle?
Afreda S6 is built strong enough to easily handle up to 200kg.
Will the Afreda S6 come assembled?
Afreda S6 comes mostly assembled. Please follow the instruction video while you assemble it.
Do I need to pay customs fees?
Great news! We will cover import taxes and shipment fee.
Can I change the shipping address for my perk?
In most cases, yes. However, if the project has already started to ship, or if you need to change your country, you’ll need to contact us and maybe have extra cost.
Can the battery be removed?
No. The battery is cannot be removed. But considering that Afreda is so easy to fold and without taking up too much space, it is not a tough task to charging it.
Can the two batteries charging at the same time?
Yes, it can!
If my Afreda's box arrived damaged. What should I do?
If there is visible damage to your box that appears to have damaged, please notify the courier immediately as they are held responsible for all damage caused in transit. Request documentation from them stating that you have received a box with visible damages. You will need this for insurance purposes to qualify for a replacement.
What kind of warranty do you offer?
All Afreda S6's batteries come with a 2 year limited manufacturer's warranty. Should you encounter some production related manufacturer’s defect during this time, we will take care of it according to our warranty. As many elements may get damaged due to normal cycling use/natural ware, we do not offer warranty on parts such as tires, disc brakes, chain, brake pads, etc. For more details, please contact our customer service department.
Is Afreda S6 an E-bike or tricyle?
Actually, just like some other revolutionary products, it is hard to classify them into some specific classification at the beginning. Afreda is such a new thing that like a combination of E-bike, scooter, and tricycle. We can mostly classify Afreda S6 as Class 2 E-bike (throttle-assisted).
